Site Director - Bradenton, FL
Florida Clinical Research Center, LLC is a private research company with 2 locations in Florida area. (Maitland/Orlando and Bradenton/Sarasota). FLCRC specializes in conducting pharmaceutical research trials for mental health disorders. We are looking for an experienced clinical manager to oversee operations at our location in Bradenton, FL. This location conducts both inpatient and outpatient clinical drug trials. This individual must have the ability to team build and support a specialized group of professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Staff supervision and support.
- Coordinating day to day operations in the clinic.
- Supporting subject recruitment and retention for all studies.
- Maintaining quality standards across all studies.
- Coordinating necessary training.
- Coordinating study assignments, rater training, monitor visits.
Prior experience supervising professional employees is mandatory.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree or higher in social science, health science or related field, RN strongly considered.
Clinical experience with psychiatric patients, experience in the medical profession, and/or previous research experience desired.
